Running Plans

For Road, Track, Trail, Mountain, Ultra performers​

  • 1-3 week advance of updated personal workout plans with modifications, if needed

  • Once a week in-person workouts with me, locally in Miami, FL

  • Free Training Peaks basic account and smart phone app

  • Flexible communication, as needed (email, phone, and text)

  • Performance strategy for goal event(s), if requested, with appropriate timing and head up

  • Analysis of training zones and efforts using Training Peaks and WK05 software (if you have a running PM)

  • HR monitor (strap) recommended, not needed

  • Discounts on select nutrition products

  • Nutrition plan and counseling at a discounted rate

Cycling Plans

For the speed, gravel, or cyclocross enthusiast

  • 1-3 week advance of updated personal workout plans with modifications, if needed

  • Access to Group Rides and Training Sessions, locally, in Miami, FL

  • Free Training Peaks premium account and smart phone app

  • Flexible communication, as needed (email, phone, and text)

  • Performance strategy for goal event(s), if requested, with appropriate timing and heads up

  • Analysis of training zones and efforts using Training Peaks, WK05 software, and Golden Cheetah

  • Power meter recommended, not required

  • HR monitor (strap) recommended, not required

  • Strength and Conditioning Programming (ideally and if applicable)

  • Discounts on select nutrition products

  • Nutrition plan and counseling at a discounted rate

 

Multi-Sport Training Plans

For the duathlete and triathlete wanting to improve their biking and running abilities out of T1 and T2

  • 1-3 week advance of updated personal workout plans with modifications, if needed
