Below are beginner and intermediate level training plans for those not wanting 1-1 personalized training. It is highly recommended that you have been running for a couple of weeks prior to starting each plan so that you stay healthy and can go crush your goals!

  • Minimum 20-30mi/week for 5km/10km plans

  • Minimum 40-45mi/week for the Marathon plans and long run of at least 10-miles
